Aromatrail Shipping Policy
At Aromatrail, we ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of all orders. Every package is handled with care, using trusted carriers to guarantee safe arrival of your fragrances.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (available for all U.S. orders)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for faster delivery)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (select locations only; cutoff time: 12 PM CST)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak season.
Shipping Charges
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method.
- Free Standard Shipping may be offered during promotions (details will be stated on the website).
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Insurance (Optional but Strongly Recommended)
- Insurance can be purchased at checkout for extra protection against theft, loss, and damage in transit.
- If you do not purchase shipping insurance, Aromatrail is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order.
- Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received) are only eligible for a refund or replacement if shipping insurance was purchased and a carrier verification letter is provided.
- Lost packages are only eligible for a refund or replacement if shipping insurance was purchased. A package is officially classified as lost if it has not registered any movement for 2 weeks.
- Damaged packages are only eligible for a replacement or refund if shipping insurance was purchased and damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
International Shipping
Currently, Aromatrail ships only within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipment fees.
- Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Packages
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the product and packaging.
- Eligible only if shipping insurance was purchased at the time of order.
- Our team will review and provide a replacement or refund depending on eligibility.
Return Shipments
- Once a return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email.
- ⚠️ You must ship the item back within 3 business days of receiving the return label. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and no refund or exchange will be processed.
- Items must be shipped in their original packaging and condition.
- Aromatrail reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
